A lot of people who experience time management problems simply have accepted too much workload that he or she can handle.  Many find it difficult to say "no."  In the business world it can almost be downright impossible to do so. A furious boss or an angry supervisor is someone you would not want to deal with. If you find the situation non-negotiable, then it would be best to ask for the needed help.
Delegating Work (Pocket Mentor)
As much as possible, large projects should be taken on by a team. Although some individuals have a hard time trusting others to bear their share of the work load, learning to properly delegate could be a crucial step to effectively maximize your time.

Determine the skills you have, and which parts of the project are most appropriate to your own ability and creativity level.  Assign other tasks, such as buying supplies, encoding, and field work to others to allow yourself to devote your time and energy on planning and executing the more delicate aspects of the job.

At home, delegation can be practiced fully as well.  Work at home mothers are among the best time managers around.  As they do their share of responsibilities support the family's financial needs, they are also able to juggle manage the chores, parenting needs, and family relationship concerns.  To make it less stressful for everyone, various tasks can be assigned to family members accordingly.  Even the young children can do some chores, such as folding the laundry, picking up toys, or setting the table.

Customer Complaints and Business Opportunities

Having to deal with complaining customers is a challenging proposition for a lot of professionals, but also remember that a complaint situation may also represent an opportunity; and not always a dilemma.

If you address and deal with a client’s concerns in a respectful and helpful manner, more often than not, your efforts and understanding will be appreciated, and former “complainers” would walk away feeling satisfied and valued. A happy customer will come back; and one of your goals is to have repeat customers.

By recognizing how you will be able to benefit from complaints expressed by client, you create an opportunity for improvement and growth.

Depending upon the severity and nature of the complaint, it would be best to get a good grasp of what the complaint is all about, what went wrong, and what can be done to solve it.

Meet with your staff or crew to review the complaint given; deliberate on approaches and solutions to see to it will not be repeated.
Customers for Life: How to Turn That One-Time Buyer Into a Lifetime Customer
Complaints could be difficult to manage at times, but there is no reason to be afraid of them. Be thankful to the customer for bringing to your attention the problem that caused the complaint. Had they merely ignored their dissatisfaction and went somewhere else; he or she would have been a lost client. By calling your attention to this matter you are given the opportunity to rectify it and to make future efforts on not allowing the situation to happen again.

Complaints + resolution = company growth and customer satisfaction.

How to Own A Business With No Cash Investment

Are you trying to start a business, but you think you don’t have enough capital yet? Here are some tips to get you started. This may be your first step to wealth.
The Ultimate Guide to Online Money Making With No Investment
Find Transfer of Ownership Opportunities
Find a business whose proprietor, for one reason or another, is in dire need to sell out the business. Possibly because of disinterest or inadequate management factors it isn’t earning revenues. An example of such situation is with an inherited family business wherein the heir is not capable of managing the company operation. When an opportunity arises, offer to pay the book value from a portion of the profits. The owner may consider this proposition instead of seeing the business completely go down the drain. Get a lawyer to write the transfer of ownership documents and the other terms of the agreement.

You should, of course, only consider a business with a good earning potential based on your ability and projected endeavors. Should you need to expand your business later, you may seek the aid of a financing source to help you with your funds.

Make Money From Your Collections
With the online store trends now, it is easier to sell your items that have been lying around untouched for years. There are investors and collectors who are looking for items that they believe may multiply in monetary value in years to come. Some of the items that have risen in value through the years are treasures such as stamps, coins, old magazines and comic books, dolls and toys, baseball trading cards, rare books, art objects, sculptures, paintings, autographs, phonograph records, guns, antique furniture, etc. Be sure to check their current values and trends before finalizing. So, don t throw out everything your spouse, your mother, or grandmother considers trash. Your junk may just be someone else’s treasure.

A Review of Expertscolumn Online Publishing Site

Expertscolumn.com
Expertscolumn is among the many internet writing sites that pay you to publish your original and quality content.   The main questions that come to mind in numerous article writers are these:  Does Expertscolumn pay?  Is Expertscolumn a scam?

To answer these questions, here is my personal review of Expertscolumn:

Does Expertscolum pay its writers?

Yes, Expertscolumn pays.  I have been a member of this site since January 2011.  I gave it a try and republished a few of my existing articles that I have already published on other sites.  I remained skeptical at first because it was a new site to me. Since Expertscolumn pays per article view and the minimum payout is only $5.00, it is worth a try.

I have received payments beginning April 5, 2011, then another one in May 7, and the most recent as of this writing was June 16, 2011.  So, my verdict is that, Expertcolumn pays.

It pays either through Paypal or Moneybookers.

Here are my payment proofs.

April 2011
May 2011

June 2011

Is Expertscolumn a scam site?

To date, I could say that Expertscolumn is not a scam site.  They have been paying writers every first week of each month.

The administrator responds to emails and queries regarding the articles, publishing, payment issues, and the like.  Unlike the administrators of other online writing sites, Expertscolumn replies to members’ private messages and emails at least within a week – based on my experience.  So, it means they are not hiding from their members.

How to Earn From Writing for Expertscolumn

Write original and quality content.  The site does not accept plagiarized or copy pasted content lifted from other sites written by other writers.  Doing this will get you banned from the site.  Posting poorly written or content generated through automatic article spinners will also get you flagged or at the worst, banned from the site.

The more you promote and backlink, the more you earn from Expertscolumn.  The site pays per view, so it pays to promote either through Stumbleupon, Twitter, Digg, Facebook, Shetoldme, and many others.

For me, I like writing for Expertscolumn.  It’s good to know that this site exists and pays.

Tips to Increase the Page Views to Your Blog

Giving your readers quality content that they connect to is what blogging is all about. Both your blog's popularity and page views suffer when it fails to help the readers in a meaningful way. Increasing the number of page views will lead to a higher impression rate so it's important, as a blogger, to focus on this factor. The following tips will help with this task.

Pointing out Posts that Deal with Similar Topics Highlighting related topics is a powerful strategy to get instant higher page views, it requires that you consistently work towards capturing the interest of casual visitors to your blog and transforming them in to a avid followers. A simple way to encourage your blog readers to read more pages on your blog is to highlight related posts at the end of each of your posts. This method has been successful because customers know that they are gaining more knowledge from the additional information. Although many readers appreciate being offered suggested links, beware not to go overboard with the linking; use no more than five links in each post. WordPress users have the advantage of automated linking using plugins, other platforms may mean linking manually. Every internet marketer knows about social networking and social media, and we have all heard about using Twitter. But there are other methods with Twitter if you care to learn them, and apparently they are effective. Avoid purposely devising viral posts at Twitter because they are nearly impossible to orchestrate. Be sure to mix up your tweets between social purposes and information related to business. As you know, Facebook is so huge and with tons of possibilities involving fan pages, etc. Then integrate the two into your blog, and that way you can tweet and update your Facebook status in one go.

Remove Unwanted Links: If you keep your blog focused, your readers will be more likely to stick around and read more of your content. The last thing you want is for your readers to get distracted. This is why it's a good idea to remove unnecessary links or to limit the number of links to other blogs.

By not giving your readers a chance to drift away, your readers will be more likely to stay on your blog. If you have a blog roll on your blog, don't make it too long.

Last but not the least; do everything you can to ensure that your readers are getting the best experience at your blog, without leaving it to check out an external resource, unless it's necessary.
